The college library is a center of learning and knowledge. Students are expected to maintain discipline and make responsible use of the available resources.

* Maintain silence and discipline inside the library at all times
* Carry valid identity card while using library facilities
* Personal belongings should be kept in the designated area (if applicable)
* Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode
* Books will be issued only on presentation of a valid library card/ID
* Students must check the condition of books before issuing
* Books should be returned on or before the due date
* Late return may attract penalty as per library rules
* Do not write, underline, or mark in library books
* Do not tear or damage pages
* Any loss or damage must be reported immediately
* Students are responsible for replacement or penalty in case of loss/damage
* Reference books, journals, and rare materials are not issued for home use
* Eating, drinking, or smoking inside the library is strictly prohibited

Violation of library rules may result in:

* Suspension of library privileges
* Imposition of fines
* Other disciplinary action as per college norms
